The emergency change by T-Mobile has been successful which resolveren the one way audio issue to and from T-Mobile connections.

The cause of the issue has been identified and is caused at the side of T-Mobile Netherlands. T-Mobile has planned an emergency change at 00:00 (30-11-2017) to resolve the issue. Even though this issue is not directly related to the FirmTel infrastructure, FirmTel users can keep experience one way audio issues calling to/called from T-Mobile connections.
The status of the FirmTel Hosted Voice environment will be upgraded to operational again, however we will post updates on this issue when available.

The One Way Audio issue seems to be caused by the connectivity issues between Tele2 and T-Mobile. The problem is primary affecting calls to and from user on the T-Mobile network.

As a result of connectivity issues at Tele2 both mobile as Voip calls can experience One Way Audio problems. This problem occurs randomly (in about 10% to 15% of the calls). One Way Audio means that either the FirmTel user cannot hear the other party or the other way around.
