Resolved - The issue at Tele2, which caused degraded performance on outgoing calls, have been resolved. All services are fully operational. Enhanced monitoring will apply for the remainder of the day.

Update - The described issues with the Outgoing Calls are concentrated within the time slots 11:20-11:35 and 13:25-13:55. We keep on Enhanced monitoring and notify in case we detect similar outages.

Identified - Due to outages at Tele2 connection issues arise at datacenter level of our Trunk Provider. This causes users to experience degraded performance with mainly outgoing calls (in about 5-10% of the outbound calls). Our Trunk Provider is working on the issue to resolve it as soon as possible.
