The issue was identified to being related to a crashed database in our mobile services environment. The database has been restarted and consequently services are being restored. We will monitor the situation for the rest of the day and will investigate possible measures to prevent this from happening again in future. It may take up to 1 hour before all sim cards have reregistered on the network.

It is currently not possible to make and receive mobile phone calls on our platform. We are investigating the issue. Our other services (fixed voice, mobile internet and SMS) are not affected.
