Resolved - We identified the issue caused by a delay on one of our proxy servers. Causing the Mobile outgoing calls to get connected only after a long delay or not at all. We have followed our default procedures to restore the server which has solved the issue. We will apply enhanced monitoring for the rest of the day. Our apologies for any inconvenience.

Investigating - Currently it is not possible to set up a mobile originating call. We are investigating the issue.

Resolved - We have identified the problem as related to one of our media servers. As a consequence customers might have experienced call quality and registration issues between 12:00 and 13:30 CET with some calls and some devices. We have followed our default procedures to restore the server which has solved the issue. We will apply enhanced monitoring for the rest of the day. Our apologies for any inconvenience.
