Resolved - The emergency change by T-Mobile has been successful which resolveren the one way audio issue to and from T-Mobile connections.

Monitoring - The cause of the issue has been identified and is caused at the side of T-Mobile Netherlands. T-Mobile has planned an emergency change at 00:00 (30-11-2017) to resolve the issue. Even though this issue is not directly related to the FirmTel infrastructure, FirmTel users can keep experience one way audio issues calling to/called from T-Mobile connections.

The status of the FirmTel Hosted Voice environment will be upgraded to operational again, however we will post updates on this issue when available.

Update - Unfortunately there are no changes yet to report, the issue is still ongoing.

Update - The One Way Audio issue seems to be caused by the connectivity issues between Tele2 and T-Mobile. The problem is primary affecting calls to and from user on the T-Mobile network.

Identified - As a result of connectivity issues at Tele2 both mobile as Voip calls can experience One Way Audio problems. This problem occurs randomly (in about 10% to 15% of the calls). One Way Audio means that either the FirmTel user cannot hear the other party or the other way around.
