The described issues with the Outgoing Calls are concentrated within the time slots 11:20-11:35 and 13:25-13:55. We keep on Enhanced monitoring and notify in case we detect similar outages.

Due to outages at Tele2 connection issues arise at datacenter level of our Trunk Provider. This causes users to experience degraded performance with mainly outgoing calls (in about 5-10% of the outbound calls). Our Trunk Provider is working on the issue to resolve it as soon as possible.
